Hills IP Series Staff Terminal is a highly configurable addition to a nurse call solution that can improve operational efficiency by ensuring the right message is sent to the right person at the right time – like bed management, environmental services, transport or operating theatre staff. Workflow tasks can even be sent to wireless phones, pagers and annunciator displays, to assist staff to complete their duties quickly and efficiently. Staff terminals can be located at the patient bedhead or doorway, within operating theatres, anesthetic bays, ICU bays or wherever a clinical team manages high volumes of processes that can be improved with a button activation.

By activating a call, staff can open a speech path to other clinical caregivers who are carrying mobile devices or have VOIP enabled desk phones. The terminal can be configured to display patient details provided by the Patient Administration System (PAS) and annunciation of live nurse call events with an associated map display.
